Modified Bitumen: is typically composed of fiberglass, polyester, or fiberglass/polyester composite, or encapsulated in polymer modified asphalt of varying weights.
Foam: has been used as a roofing and insulation material for over 40 years. Foam expands, filling cracks, crevices and voids. It is dependable, long lasting, and very affordable.
Single Ply: eliminates conventional adhesives (and the volatile organic compounds contained in them) that can cause safety and environmental issues. You have a choice of fully self-adhered (with 10 year manufacturer's guarantee) or self-adhered with heat-welded seams (with 15 year manufacturer's guarantee).
